The life of the dutiful king,
The Lord Shri Ramchandra [1] who is the embodiment of good conducts and ideal behavior
Is unique and beautiful.
The descriptions of the life of the incarnation of God in the human form of Shri Rama

That one desires to listen it again and again.

In every turning point of His life,
The Lord Shri Rama has shown His ideal forms as an ideal king
As well as He has conducted with all human relations
Within the limits of ideal human behavior.

3

He is the protector of the boundaries of the good conducts
And established principles of ideal human behavior.
He respected all human relationships
And thus did benevolence to the humanity.

4

His behavior with His relatives, citizens, and the subjects of His kingdom
Had been so sweet and humble that He was the king of their hearts.
He gave happiness and contentment to all
And gave them the emancipation at the end.

5

He has given freedom to Ahilya [2] from the bondage of a curse.
He embraced the Fisherman [3]
Who took Him across the river.
He ate the berry offered by Shavari [4].
Thus being influenced by their pure devotion
He had no discrimination
And accepted all the devotees alike.

6

When Shri Sita was abducted by Ravan,
The Lord Rama was filled with the pain of separation.
Being grieved He shade tears of compassion,
Asking the creepers, the plants, the leaves
And the trees of the forest whether they had seen His beloved Sita.

7

He embraced the bird Jatayu [5]
Who was wounded by Ravan, when he fought with Ravan to save Sita.
The Lord had tears in his eyes
By seeing the wounds of Jatayu
And sobbed him with His hand.
He made friendship with monkey king Sugriv
And embraced Hanuman [6] with His heart.

8

With the help of the forces of monkeys,
He constructed a bridge over the sea to attack Lanka
And killed Ravan along with all his demon soldiers.
He made Vibhishan [7] the king of Lanka.

9

Then with Shri Sita and others He flew back to Ayodhya in Pushak Viman [8].
Each and every one of His kingdom were joyous
And they celebrated with decoration of lights [9]
The coming back of their beloved king after fourteen years of exile.

10

The lord, the giver of happiness to each and every one,
Had greeted all his attendants, servants and well wishers
And those who fought the battle with Ravan to free Sita.
He then distributed ornaments and gifts to all
And bid farewell to them with Angad [10].

At the same time let us also meditate them surrounded
With the brothers Lakshman, Bharat and Shatruhan
And The ardent Devotee Shri Hanuman.

13

Shri Rama is residing in the pitchers [12]
Of all of us and is spontaneously with all humanbeings.
Shri Sita Rama is the Mother and the Father,
Protecting and looking after all those who are unprotected.

14

Let us be like Shri Rama and build good characters in life by adopting Sahaja Yoga.
Let us do welfare and benevolence to the entire humanity which is suffering.

15

"Vishwa Nirmala Dharma" is the only religion of humanity
It is the religion of God.
It teaches equanimity in all
Without any discrimination of low or high
And gives the knowledge the Self [13].

16

We meet Shri Rama in Sahaja Yoga
And learn all His qualities and practice to adapt His qualities.
The Lord gives us the message and experience
Of the Divine Love of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
And shows the real path of love to those who are betrayed and hindered.

17

In the modern times, Sahaja Yoga teaches us to live
In the boundaries of Sahaja culture of our spirit.
Those who come for refuge to Lotus Feet of “Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi”
Are freed from all kinds of diseases and sufferings.

Thanks again and again to The lands of Bharat [14]
Where God has taken incarnations many times to protect the humanity.
Each and every particles of this great land of Bharat
Has become pure and where people had been lifted
To their spiritual heights.

In utter humality of our hearts with devotion we pray to the incarnation of The Adi shakti, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi to forgive us for our mistakes committed against the principles of Shri Sitaram Who reside in our right hearts.

Shri Mataji! Our obeisance to your Lotus Feet again and again for giving us this knowledge and all knowledge.

Shri Mataji! Thank you again and again.

[1] Shri Ramchandra is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu who sustains and evolves the creation of Adi Shakti.

[2] Ahilya is the wife of sage Gautam and was cursed by him to be a stone. She was deceived by Indra the king of gods who took form of the sage Gautam and committed sin against her. But she was told that she would come back to her real form after being touched by the feet of Shri Rama.

[3] His name was Nishadraj. His job was to take people across the river Saryu ganga and earn his livelihood. He took Shri Rama, Sita and Lakshman across the river in his boat on their way to forest. But before that he requested Shri Rama to wash his feet and drank the water with his family. He was a great devotee of Rama. The story is very heart-touching.

[4] She was another great devotee of Shri Rama. When she heard that Rama was coming to the place where she lived, she was extremely pleased and started collecting sweet berries to offer to the Lord and she tasted each berry with her teeth to confirm the sweetness. This is an example of great innocence and the Lord enjoyed the sweet berries along with Sita and Lakshman.

[5] Jatayu was a very powerful vulture and the devotee of Rama. He fought bravely with Ravan in the sky to free Sita. He was wounded and fell down on earth and was lying in pool of blood. When Rama came and saw him He took him to His heart and embraced and gave him emancipation.

[6] He is the monkey-faced god (he is the same personality known as Archangel Saint Gabriel), a very great devotee of Shri Rama. He was sent by the monkey king Sugriv (who has been exiled by his own brother Bali) to know about Rama who was coming near their hiding mountain Kishkindha. Hanuman asked who the great personality are they? Shri Rama narrated all about missing of Sita and they were in search of Her. Hanuman immediately recognized the Lord and fell at His feet. It is not possible to describe the humility and reverence of Hanuman towards Rama.

[7] Younger brother of Ravan, he was a great devotee of Shri Rama. He had helped Rama to win the battle with Ravan by revealing the secrets of Ravan.

[8] An unique type of aeroplane with a throne decorated with many precious jewels and diamonds. Shri Rama and Sita sat on the throne and around them Laxman, Hanuman along with others flew back to Ayodhya from Lanka. The plane moved with the speed of mind.

[9] Illuminations all over the kingdom, called Deepavali.

[10] Son of the Monkey king Bali, he was a great warrior who fought against Ravan and was greatly devoted to Rama.

[11] in our heart

[12] Our hearts are compared with pitchers filled with water in which The God Almighty is reflected as the spirits like the Sun is reflected in the waters.

[13] The God Almighty

[14] The land named after the great king Bharat is India now.
