Om twameva Sakshat Shri Param Kaviyitri Sakshat Shri Adi Shakti Mataji Shri Nirmala Devi Namo Namah

O Mother, Your writing is so sweet!
On reading Your poems we fall at Your Feet
Filled with exuberance and awe
Such poetry the world
have never seen before

All poets, scholars and incarnations
Have failed to give an explanation
On a state of oneness with the Divine
That You have described
just in several lines!

Dust A reflection/prayer

I want to be smaller,
Like a dust particle
Which moves with the wind
It goes everywhere,
can go,
Sit on the head of a king
Or can go
And fall at the feet of someone
And it can go
And sit everywhere
But I want to be a particle of dust
That is fragrant,
That is nourishing
That is enlightening.

A little particle of dust
With the wind of Chaitanya
it moves very fast
It doesn’t have any ego at all:
At the feet of someone it can humbly fall
Or it can sit on the head of a king
And everywhere the fragrance it brings
It spreads auspiciousness and love
That God is pouring from above.
Its power of penetration
Can even give realization
And it can pass through any door
Because the ego is nomore.
And just because it is so small
It doesn’t care for notice at all
It doesn’t want to earn any name
It doesn’t need recognition or fame
It is a vehicle of God
To spread his Love across the World.
It all the places that are barren and dry
The water dries out, but the dust survives
And nothing can obstruct its way -
To be like this we humbly pray.

Mountain A reflection/prayer

I see a mountain from my window
Standing like an ancient sage
Desireless, full of love.
So many trees and so many flowers
They plunder the mountain all the time.
It’s attention is not disturbed
And when the rain pours like
Many pitchers of clouds bursting
And it fills the mountain with greenery.
The storms may come soaring,
Filling the lake with compassion
And the rivers flow running down
Towards the calling sea.
The sun will create clouds and
Wind carries on its feathery wings
The rain on to the mountain.
This is the eternal play
The mountain sees
Without desires.

The mountain that You described
Is very silent from inside
And with Your Being it is always One.
It stands engrossed in Your Darshan
You are its God, its only Source
You fill it with Your Love and Force
You fill it with Your Peace and Bliss
And then the flowers and trees
Take it inside like an amrut.
They dig the mountain with the roots
But in its Bhakti such state it reached
That its attention is not breached
And any storm it has to face
It fills the mountain with Your Grace.
Enjoying all that comes its way
It never questions, never prays
Because You stay inside its heart
It never feels alone or apart
It doesn’t get desires as such
Because it loves You very much
And Markandeya knew very well
That in the mountain You dwell.

Please Mother help us meditate
So we reach the same deep state
Your poems are mantras for us
These qualities we humbly ask.
