Dawn banishes the night

Friday 28 October 2005.

Slowly as the river flows,

the dead of night

gives way to flecks of green and blue.

A hue.

Then as we turn the corner,

gives way to sparks of light.

Slowly as She rises

gives way to light the dawn

and banishes the night

no more.
